What is online counselling?Online counselling is a therapuetic relationship established through the use of secure online tools such as video conferencing, Skype or email. People who may benefit from for online counselling include those who live in a remote area without access to counselling services, who are on an extended absence from their home community and wish to stay connected with a counsellor, who have physical mobility issues and find it difficult to leave their homes, or who, for other reasons may not be able to make it into the office for a counselling appointment.
